Every batch is roasted in small quantities and sealed at peak freshness. We don’t sit on inventory — what you receive is always recently roasted.

Keep your bag sealed, away from heat, light, and moisture. For best taste, do not refrigerate or freeze.

For peak flavor, enjoy within 4–6 weeks of opening. Whole beans hold their character longest.

Our beans are sourced from premium farms across Central and South America, selected for flavor clarity, natural sweetness, and strong roast performance.
